There's no bulk-import wizard yet — when you get set up, we walk you through creating your active projects and cost codes directly. Most contractors are logging real costs within the first week, and nothing from your current jobs is lost in the meantime.
Where does our data live?
In Canada. Vinclo runs in AWS's Canadian region (ca-central-1), and your project data does not leave the country.
Can we get our data out if we ever leave?
Yes, any time. Settings has a one-click export of your full company data — every project, cost, and timesheet as CSV, plus your receipt photos — bundled into a ZIP. Nothing is locked in.
How does pricing work?
